The student has not attended any classes within the first 15 days of enrollment.

The student has attended at least one class during the initial 15-day period.

The refund request is submitted after the 15-day window has expired.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Submission of Refund Request: To request a refund, eligible students must follow these steps:

Submit a refund request in writing within 15 days of enrolment.

Communicate with the student regarding the status of their refund request.

Reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to support the refund request.
2.3 Refund Processing: If the refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed within 45 days from the date of the refund request submission.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the enrollment, unless otherwise specified by the student.

3.1 Exceptional Circumstances: InfyLearnn may consider refund requests outside of the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

Medical emergencies preventing participation in classes.

Unforeseen hardships that significantly impact the student's ability to continue the course.

3.2 Discretionary Decision: The approval of refund requests in special cases is at the discretion of InfyLearnn management and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
